Where: AIS Design Centre

4th Codewar in Bangkok, Thailand. Despire CoVid situation, we’ve managed to pull out this event successfully with proper safety measures!

Activities involved

Create event budget sheet
Sourced and secure event venue hosting with AIS Design Centre
Draft event content
Contacted 14 different local tech communities to assist and support event. Provide Co-host kit for each community
Create sponsorship proposal and secured sponsorship with Shopee, Nimble, ODDS, BRIKL, etc.
Arrange ticketing platform together with AIS at Zipevent
Arranged partnership with Cloud Ace Thailand to live stream event, arrange complimentary live streaming equipment with Mad Arai D.
Design, copywriting, online social media marketing contents
Design and print t-shirts
Create organic posts sharing online that reached out to more than 15k local developers
Recruited 10 volunteers to assist event on the actual day
Tickets sold out. 160 signed up.
